So I got the Ombudsman involved and AGL have released me from my contract without exit fees. I also have 9 months to pay my bill. that's ages. They wont give me a credit though. I could take it further to get the $170 I am demanding but I can't be arsed. I'm happy to get out of the contract I was tricked into.
now I can research other providers and decide who to go to.
I might pay my bill at $2 a day.....
